Druid Weekend Retreat 2013

Our weekend retreat is a mere few months away! This year we will return again to Mosswood Hollow to visit the lovely grounds, enjoy the flora and fauna, and excellent fellowship.
We will send out a comprehensive schedule by the end of the June; however, here are payment logistics and lodging planning in order for you to prepare accordingly. Here are some basic details:
1. Program Fees:
This year, the program fee will include three meals and the rental fee for a total of $101.00. The fee for the weekend  is broken down in the following manner:
$60 (rental and organizing fees)
$41 (meals: breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and Sunday group dinner)
If you choose not to eat any of the group meals, please submit a payment of $60 for the program fee and send me an email with these instructions.
2. Submitting Payment: There are a few options for paying for the weekend program.
First, you may send a check or money order paid to Circle of Coll to Nicole and Gary’s address.
Second, you may also send a payment via Paypal for $101.00 to the pursewarden.
The due date for the weekend retreat payment is Friday, July 5. 
3. Lodging and Camping Fees:
This year, lodging and camping fees are paid directly to Mosswood Hollow. The lodging and camping fees are listed on the website at mosswoodhollow.org, but we include them here as well:

Overnights: Beds are made up with bedding, an extra throw, towel and washcloth. Bathrooms are shared by guests, with two bedrooms per bathroom. Camping and pad on floor options do not include bedding or linen.
